parasite identification

Hi, the following two pictures were taken from a fecal smear of a CB Veiled chameleon. Does anyone here know what parasite that is (if it indeed is one). The pics were taken at 100 and 400x magnification, so the round objects are about 20 micrometer in diameter.
Any suggestions are appreciated
