who do I need to contact for scientific permit in Namibia

I am interested in do a comparative study of a few species From Namibia S. Africa; however I am going to have to collect the animals. So, my question is who do I need to contact in Namibia for a scientific permit for collection. all help is greatly appreciated. Please contact me off the list. thanks michael
