want to import uroplatus geckos,what do I do?

if anyone can help me get started I appreciate it. I want to import some leaftails to give breeding them a shot. deforestation is a serious problem in madagascar and we are going to have to captive breed them if they are too have a shot at surviving, however, i havent a clue where to begin. I know i need liscenses and permits and stuff. can anyone tell me which kinds? and if u know of a website with good info let me know
