I want to bring Pythons from the US to Canada..how?

What do I need to do as far as paperwork goes...Can i apply for CITES work and go pick them up when I have all the necessary documents, or does the breeder in the US need do somthing as well
I need lots of info, i have no idea where to even start...
help
