The only permit you will need is a US Fish & Wildlife export permit...Canada does not require any sort of import permit for non-CITES reptiles. I am not sure what airlines fly to your local international airport, but you can use Air Canada, Delta Dash, and Continental....just make sure to get same-day service, ship early in the day, and make sure that the snake is packed properly.
