Paperwork require to legally import star tortoise into U.S

Hi,

I am currently in the midst of setting up a farm breeding Indian and Burmese star tortoise, as this two category of tortoise falls under the cites appendix 2 then can someone please enlighten me on the procedure to import it legally into the United States. I have already seek approval from my country cites department to set up the farm in an effort to bring up the population of this tortoise but are still ignorant of the paperworks that I need in bringing them to the USA. A big thank you to anyone that is able to answer my question.
