No I am not the original owner - this was a "wedding" turtle bought in the first year of a marraige. The husband died last year and the woman does not get around so well anymore so she asked me to find a home for it.

This is a pic of my longest term animal - bought as an adult in 1974 (and the mother of well over 100 hatchlings since then)
