Hi all,
I purchased this guy/girl as an itty bitty hatchling. His shell is now about 6 inches long. All I was told was that he's a Map Turtle. Is he a map turtle? I know pet stores tend to ID things wrong. If so what kind? I did some research on the net and coudln't find a Map turtle that looked exactly like him. He's got alot of yellow on his head as you can see. He also has that kind of "sawback", so I'm thinking he is a Map Turtle, but what kind? I would like to know, because I'm going to be setting up another tank and would like to buy a few hatclings like Mr. T(that's his name). Thanks alot for any response in advance.
-Cathy
