Is there a hinge on the plastron?

It certainly looks like an african Pelomedusid. If it does have a hinge, than it is a Pelusios sp(maybe sinuatus). If not, probably a Pelomedusa. Maybe Darrel S. from the forum would know the species.


:I just got this turtle from a pet store that was closing down. It was their last day and they gave her(?) to me. They said it was a African Sideneck, but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
