The smallest snake in the world!

Hello and thank you!
I have found a very small snake in S. Florida
It is this long ------------------
And very skinny. It is very shiny looking and smooth,
and snakes around really fast.
I just found it last night. Non aggresive snake, although it attempts to get away. No markings though, it just seems completely smooth. The poory guy was on the road, but he is safe now.
Any ideas?
