Peters ornate sandfish 100% sure. I have two myself. They love to dig I keep mine in a glass tank with 2 to 3 inches of fine grained sand. I use a heatpad under 3/4 of the tank and a dome light over the other half I have a a medium sized water dish at the opposite end and a few small logs and sticks here and there.
it will be under whatever substrate you use most of the time and when it does come out it will bask and soak in the water dish. well thats about all that I can think of that might help.
