I have had my best experiences at night. I would like to do a campout somewhere. I grew up in Harlingen. And when I was a kid we used to camp out at the Arroyo and look for snakes and bugs by night, and turtles by day....
I would like to to do something like that again.
All the constuction and population around the Arroyo has probably ruined the fauna there, but there are other places...
