For a matter as serious as venomous reptiles, Gigi didn't seem to take it very seriously and looked for the easy way by enquiring this forum. Being a public forum, she can expect all sorts of responses - some informative, indifferent or downright hostile.

Just don't expect that everyone should give her the kid-glove treatment when she's asking the forumers here to help her exploit something that's near and dear to their hearts. It's like, "Excuse me, I intend to rob your house. Could you be so kind as to let me know what security systems you have and how can I disable them?"

In this context, that's what she is doing - Asking us for knowledge so that she can plunder a natural resource. Should she expect an amiable response from us? Besides, she obviously knows next to nothing and to take something as serious as this so casually can be dangerous to her and her helpers, whoever they may be. If she hurts herself, you can see the headlines screaming about another venomous inflicted casualty, without regard for the actual circumstances. is she being reckless or idiotic, you tell me.

Lastly, based on her obvious inexperience, perhaps the best advice should be for her to gain some hands-on experience by working with a knowledgable herper. By then, she probably would learn to respect these creatures as much as we forumers do. If she asked so, I'm sure many of us would only be too glad to help.
