No, I brought it up here recently to answer a complex question about why I don't value all human life. Did you even know what my religion was until this discussion happened?

For one, that's not entirely true. For another, even if it was, my conscience does not change subject to popular vote. The sheep is not my totem animal. I was raised to know right from wrong, and while you have every right to disagree with my values, "popular" opinion cannot change them. I'm quite aware that I do not agree with the values of the mainstream culture to which most people belong, and vice versa.

: It's like you see the points that people are trying to make, but you have to be better. Just accept them as good points and let's move on to venomous snakes in here.

A few people have made a few good points, and I've acknowledged them. But it really has to be a good point if you want me to accept it as such. It would certainly be nice to get back to snakes; perhaps people will eventually get tired of this discussion and stop asking questions about my personal life on the forum. Then I can stop answering them.

There you go with those human judgements again. "Better" is a very subjective standard. There are people on this forum who are more intelligent, or have done more for conservation, or keep more snakes, or are more knowledgeable about many things, or are more active in their own religion, or are physically stronger and more skilled, etc, than I am. And there are also people who are not any of those things. How many of these characteristics would add up to an overall judgement of "better"? Who's keeping score?

All I know is that if God is a rodent, then we're all in trouble. LOL
