Yep. On the Christian beliefs that they had the right to grab all the land, shoot Native Americans on sight, kidnap their children, dismantle their culture, outlaw their religion, slaughter all the buffalo, drive a huge number of animals to extinction and generally trash the whole continent. Do you see why Native peoples have some problems with Christian beliefs?

Do you know what they did to Indian children who refused to go to the missionary school? For that matter, do you know what they did to Indian children who did go to the missionary school? A group that would violently tear children away from their parent's religion and force them to accept an alien, foreign culture and belief system is seriously sick. There was no such thing as leaving other cultures alone, or respecting other people's beliefs. I don't think that is anything to be proud of. Do you?
