: : I am very interested in the names of the 10 most venomous snakes in the world. And if the Black Mamba is not one of those 10 what number is it?
: : : : : : You are correct about the top ten snakes in Australia, but the mamba is not one of them, they are in the top 20 though.
: There that should help you out sonny.

: : : : : : : : : : can you tell me the names of the ten most
: : : : : : : : : : poisonous snakes in the world?
:
: : : : : : : : :(not in order)
:
: : : : : : : African boomslang and the African vine snake
: : : : : : : are responsible for human fatalities but most use venom to quiet struggling prey. Also, sea snakes,Australian tiger snake and king cobra possess venom.
:
: : : : : : The ten most venomous snakes are all found in Australia with the FIERCE SNAKE bieng the most deadliest venom-wise. But I think the real issue is what snakes kill the most people and are the most aggresive. From what I've heard the Fierce snake rarely comes into contact with humans so it hasn't killed any to my knowledge. Now, look at the Black Mamba of Africa and the Taipan of Australia and if you consider that both will not back down from a human and will actually go for one and that they both posses great speeds and very dadly venom(Taipan is either three or four on the list of deadly snakes) I think that they are probably two of the deadliest snakes in the world, but that's just my opinion:)

: : : : At any given moment a black mamba has about enough venom to kill about ten grown men. Black Mambas also strike repeatedly.
