Lip problem

My mali, Kaia, has something wrong with her lip that at the part considered her nose is practically rotting. Chunks of it have fallen out and it seems like more will. I can actually see her little tooth inside her mouth b/c of this hole. What is this problem? Are there antibiotics or some medicine that can help it?
