Accurate Sexing Techniques

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what is the most accurate sexing technique for uros? I just had a few of mine "probed" and for one it was inconclusive and the other that was supposed to be a female and showed breeding activity prior to my purchasing "her" was supposed to be a male! Has anyone had theirs sexed and is there a blood test to do so? I asked at this vet clinic and they said they only did the probing.
