can it be "too" hot????

My uro's love the heat especially my male...he'll sit under one of the heat lamps and pant and pant sometimes....I know this is to regulate their temps, but in the summer...my little apartment gets SUPER hot. Is it bad if the hot side of the cage reaches an ambiant temp of 125 - 130 ??? Or is this just way too hot for uros?
The cool side in the cage (in the summer time) gets to be around 86 - 98 in the daytime.....
