You could give him a soak. Hot water, inch or two deep, for about 20 minutes. Make sure the tail is dried off thoroughly. Shriveled may indicate that he hasn't eaten in a while, and unfortunetely, makes for dehydration, more loss of appitite, and so on. The soak could help a bit, and he may even drink. They will need time to acclimate, so that's why I'd get the soaking done now, then let them be. Check some posts below for more acclimation tips. Good luck, and hopefully we'll see pictures soon.
