Travis is approximately 9-10 months old. Since I've had him, he's never taken an interest in the different varieties of greens offered but peas, edible flowers, even some apples and yellow pepper, he consumes without hesitation. As he is still recovering from his bout with impaction, I want to be certain that he is getting all the proper nutrients. I have read that juveniles sometimes prefer the type of diet that he is eating with the addition of protein(LOVES those mealworms!). Anyone else have a similar experience, and how can I entice him to eat the leafy stuff? I've tried every green, added birdseed, bee pollen, etc. Nada. I figured today is a good day to ask since we're all at home with apparently nothing better to do than to bug each other! Peter, if you are reading this I promise to post a picture of the family just as soon as I learn how to work the new camera. Then of course I need to learn how to download the pics into the computer. Well, you get the idea.
Happy Easter to all who celebrate it! Diane
