Thanks to both of you. I got in contact with the UK CITES for import and the Spanish CITES for export. The UK CITES have replied and said that I don't need an import license or anything, but still suggested that I contact DEFRA. I'll write to them tomorrow. I'm not sure if I need an export license from Spain though.
BP stands for Ball python, Royal python, or Python regius. And they are beautiful animals!
