savanna monitor eats a toad

hi i own a savanna monitor that i alow to roam the back yard well i saw him take off into the bushes and i thought he might have spotted a grasshopper or somithiung like that so i walked over to where he was at and he has a toad in his mouth well by the time i had grabed him he licked his chops he had swallowed it i live in fort worth texas and i am not sure exactly which kind of toad it was but im worried he might get ill i looked at some pics on the internet of toads that live in texas and it might have been a great plains toad or something similar looking im worried that it might be dangerous i did see poison come out of those sacs behind the neck do you think ill have to worrie about him needing the vet or what ?????


any help would be appreciated
