State record for male gray bands

I have 2 questions.

First what is the size and weight of the current Texas State record for a blair phase male gray band. I have a gorgeous WC 95 Juno Road that has been captive raised I think might be very close. I have been told by several people he is the largest Gray Band they have ever seen and he is not fat, just extremely healthy and muscular.

Is there anywhere on the web to check on such things?
