::But I hope she doesn't keep it captive for a while and release it later down the road. Thats a bad idea for the turtle and the entire wild population in that area. Keeping a turtle captive and then releasing it can introduce all kinds of new illness and deseases that can take down a large number of wild turtles.

::She'll probley do great with it and I hope she continues to use this site, but I'm tired of turtle being taken out of the wild when theres plenty of captive breed turtles and turtles that need to be adopted all across the U.S.
