I need some Help

Hello, I have been reading the Turtle forums for quite awhile now. I need some help finding the right turtle/tortoise though. I understand the commitment and sometimes cost of turtles and tortoises. I am looking for a species that can stay outside all year (I live in Louisville, Kentucky), and prtty much other than that I have no other requirements. I'm open for suggestions! Thanks!
