Turtle Doctor, I don't mind you using the info from my webpage, but I wish it were complete with the caveats, links to more info. etc. I don't know the condition of Derrick's turtle nor the nature of the soft areas on the shell. The treatment may help his turtle and probably won't harm it, but it would be best if Derrick knew what sorts of things to look for that would require a veterinarian. Thanks, Jim, for posting the URL. Any of the pages I've put up are there for anyone to use, and I'm glad when ppl find them helpful.
