Do you really want to be known as HAHA??? I mean aren't people going to laugh.........kidding. I've only been a member of this society myself for a year now. Our society is the longest running one in the area (possibly the state, I'm not sure) we've been around since 1958. From how the story was told, it was just a bunch of people hanging out talking about and catching snakes. They noticed that they were becoming organized, and decided to become an organization. I'm not sure what pointers I could give that you probably haven't thought about already. First off, just get a bunch of people to come and "hang out" with you, hold the first meetings at peoples houses, and let them "present" their animals, there you go, you have your first presentations. Then as word of mouth spreads, people will be willing to pay a dues to be part of your society. Find a good reptile loving pet store in your area, one that sells feeder mice without making you sign a waiver....in other words, don't go to petsmart, and ask if they would let you flyer the place.....give them a stack and ask that they place it on their counter. next thing you know, everybody will be calling you to become a member.

I'll stop here, and let any of our other society members give some pointers, since they have been a part of the community longer. Take it away guys..................if you're even watching...

Oh well,
Take it easy
Todd
