The raised white bumps are fine. NORMAL!

Assuming that your temp and humidity are all proper, A healthy RETF will eat 1-2 correctly sized crickets per night. Correctly sized I mean the width of there head! As far as them not eating much in the first 4 days, don't be tooo concerned. Alow 2 weeks for them to settle in.
