Sure they look the same! But you are ignoring one important diagnostic feature. Bullfrogs do NOT have dorsolateral folds, greens will have them halfway down the body. Do you have Peterson's field guide? If not, it would be $20 well spent!

What are you feeding this frog, and what is its habitat like?
