I really won't be upset if they are not male. Like I said, they are young frogs and I really can't tell a difference yet if there is any. I guess I asked this question because from what I have read, the female frogs are silent except for the African Clawed Frogs.
My two large Tomato frogs make funny soft croaks if I pick them up for weight-ins or to clean the tank, but I really believe they are females. The smaller one croaks regularly and I have seen him try to mate with the largest of the three. The nightly croaking he does doesn’t sound like the little croaks the larger ones make when I pick them up.
So, I was just wondering it the croak alone could tell me anything about sex. Anyway, thanks for the input!
