got in a new import, had her for probably over a week and a half. took a small rat with no problems but today she puked it up. it been 4 or 5 days since her meal. temps at night are 74, daytime temps range 78-83. mist her everyday as temps rise. cant analyze the puked rat since it is Sunday and the vets are not open but how common is crypto? how many of you dealt with this disease and what was your outcome? how contagious is it? i have the emerald in a gorgeous habitat sys. custom enclosure. it is a cabinet system with heat panels and it has 6 individual cubicals, it stands 6ft high 4ft wide with each cubical measuring 24x24x24. THE REASON FOR DESCRIBING THIS IS THAT I HAVE GREEN TREES IN THE OTHER 5 CUBICALS HOW EASILY CAN THEY CATCH CRYPTO WITH THE SET UP I HAVE, THEY ARE NOT IN CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER BUT YET IM DRIVING MYSELF CRAZY THINKING ABOUT IT????!!!! the emmy is wormed ect. and when the rat was in her stomach her coils were alot looser than before she ate it, do y'all think the meal may have been to big? i tried a mouse the night before the rat and she didnt even look at it. the is my 1st emmy and compared to the green trees this snake is making me feel like a dumbass. please let me hear what you guys think.-Darren Leavitt
