question about Northern vs Surinam vs Amazon basin ETB's

Hi all - is there any definite way to tell which one you have? I just got an adult female, and a yearling pair (One of which is high yellow)
I know there is endless variation within the ETB's, so there probably is NOT a sure fire way, but if there is, do let me know.
