I use a rule of no more than 3 meals without a bowel movement. This usually entails some exercise on the "jungle gym", while being "rained on" from the garden hose. "Whats up" is more than likely inactivity, associated with being catered too hand and foot! LOL Also, being able to "hang" without "touching bottom" seems to facilitate a natural movement via gravity. The jungle gym and rain never fails for us! If you live in a cold climate, setting up in a shower stall will work as well.
