Red eye color change?

My female just had a litter on the fourth. Aside from more melanin, i just noticed her eyes have a pinkish hue to them that was DEFINITELY not there before. I can't tell, but maybe her lips are a little pinkish as well. Bacteria/ fungal infection? Hormonal pigment changes? Anyone seen anything like it?
