Amazon Tree Boa with fungus infection

Hello! please i need any helpful info about this.

Is a +-6months Corallus hortulanus (dark red). It have some "white-cream" little fungus bubbles in the head and body. Actually recieve medical local treatment, but i´m not sure about the best terrarium conditions during the treatment. Is it better to reduce humidity? or improve ventilation?
