Please explain the "Phases" of Amazon Tree boas....

Hi,
I've been looking through kingsnakes classified section for an amazon tree boa, and noticed many listed with a specific "phase." I've seen ads stating Garden, Pumpkin, and Red phases. Is there an explanation to these phases? Are they just referring to the boas color?

I did a search online and couldn't find much. Is there a website that clearly explains the phases?
