actually, i have kept milksnakes, and it is ok if you dont know about a milksnake because they are easy to maintain... however, GREEN TREE PYTHONS and EMERALD TREE BOAS are not as easy and should be read a GREAT deal about before even thinking about buying one. they are totally different snakes and in my opinion look totally different. they just perch the same way. i have kept them all.
