I agree with Mike, your main concern will be lack of humidity more than the temp. I left mine outside last winter here in San Diego. He was more active during the winter than he is during the summer and he likes it when we have a nice misty rain. I water down his enclosure every few days during the summer and I also have misters for the really hot day.
