Dwarf Red Foot Tortoise

Does anyone know how big the Dwarf Red foot tortoise gets? I am thinking about getting one, and I am wondering where I could find out more about them or are they pretty much the same to take care of as a normal redfoot.
What price range should I be expecting?
Are there any pros or cons to a Dwarf?
