I have a 1 1/2 year old that is kept inside 70% and outside 30%.
She keeps getting lighter. All the new growth is blond.
Look in the pictures section under buckroebeardie to see pics of her.
P.S. Who is the breeder that has these guys?

:I am trying to decide which one of these 2 leopard torts to get. I was hoping to get a lighter color one, however many of you on this forum told me eventually the light phase will darken up. The breeder is also telling the same thing yet he said if I leave the darker one out in the sun it might lighten up. Which one will you pick?
