Okay i have 2 leopard tortoises just a little bigger than that and they both have a lot more blonde than that I got them for $100 each from a breeder in my city here in Missouri I also might be thinking that they are blonde because of their temprature it's high so they are growing a lot of blonde I sont think the parents were blonde. I think thats a way too high price to pay for a tort that is not guarenteed to be blonde, the guy that I got my torts from last year has some more of them soon if not than now. maybe you could get one from him for $100 and probably $30 shipping.
