I'm looking to get my first tort but want one that's easy to take care off. I know you're probably all going to say "Theres no such thing as an easy to take care of tort," but I know that there must be one species that's easier than all the rest. Also, I'd like one that won't get too big. The local museum here in Halifax, Nova Scotia has a tort named Gus who is 85? years old(give or take 3 yrs.) and still pretty small (maybe a foot across). Any idea what he might be? I'll call and ask them sometime if nobody knows. Anyway, I digress. To sum it up though, what would be a good starter tort. Thanks a lot.

P.s. - I do have reptile experience (Leo geckos)

Cheers. Will
