Mazuri is made by Purine, call a local feed company (sells horse
food or dog food in bulk), you might find one, you just need
any Purina dealer to order it for you. My 25 lb bags are like
$13 or something. Freeze most of it, lasts well like that, we
use a bag for months.
Feed your baby a variety, grasses, endive lettuce, escarole lettuce,
a little bit of romaine, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip
greens, yellow squash, zuchinni squash, green peppers.
There's a lot of things they can eat, variety is the key,
make sure you're giving calcium by scraping cuttlebone onto food,
(cuttlebone, white calcium for birds beaks).
If you feed mazuri, wet it with warm water then drain it right
away, then feed it.
