Ok, the parasites are unlikely to be the casue of the RNS, since he has been dewormed (with Axilur?) earlier.

The only reasonable course seem to be to treat him with an antibiotic that shows to be effective against whatever the pathogen isolated in the culture, and undergo a strict quarantine/hygiene routine during the treatment in order to prevent reinfection.

Soak him daily - in running water to prevent him from drinking contaminated water while the treatment lasts.

Wash him thoroughly at the same time.

Disinfect the cage daily. Use nothing in the cage that cannot be thrown away.

Recurrent RNS is often a reinfection problem, and taking these precautions is often effective.
