I had a long and interesting talk with some christian friends this weekend. It was a large gathering for my brother's wedding the next day.
It seems that a person would have a hard time being a very active christian, and being a good american. The drive to prosthyletize (spelling?) is in direct opposition to the rights of people to be free in their own beliefs, and not be harassed by others (and yes, even one religious person preaching is harassment).
Of course, most of my family are good americans first, and christians second, and so they leave others to worship/believe/disbelieve as they wish. Too bad everyone can't be that way.
