is it ok to feed a tortoise vegetarian dogfood?

can someone help me with a question about feeding tortoises.

my tortoise loves to eat dried catfood when it can. i don't know if catfood is good for the tortoise but sometimes the tortoise finds an unattended catfood dish...and it is gone in 10 seconds.

is it ok for a tortoise to eat dried catfood?

would it be ok to feed a tortoise vegetarian dried dogfood?

Nature's Recipe Vegetarian Canine formula was the dogfood i was thinking of...btw, the tortoise is a 10 lb 2 year old suclata
