humidity with high heat isn't real bad. It's when you get humidity with a chill that you have problems. Besides, you can alter your yard to some extent to up the humidity by ground level. Make sure you have several inches of well draining soil, hump it up so it also pours water off instead of taking it into the soil. Have areas of gravel and rock, which will warm up and keep the area dry by themselves.
