Not even that light really, about as light as my female before she became an outdoor tort and got covered in dust!
Not albino, not an Ivory, it looks like one of the so called blonde sulcatas.
You can clearly see the darker coloring inbetween the scutes.
And the skin isn't very light either.
Does this person really think they have an albino?!!!!
