They need high humidity, I've read that 70-80% is good. I keep mine in a terrium (they're hatchlings) with a calcuim sand base, covered by reptile wood chips, lots of plants and pillow moss. They love to bury themselves under the pillow moss and just poke their heads out. Clean water dishes they can drink from, and soak them often. Redfoots need more fruit in their diet than most tortioses, mine love apricots, watermelon, grapes, Kiwi. Give them calcium suppliments, and I leave a cuttlebone (you can get one in the bird section of the pet store) for them to munch on if they want to, excellent source of natural calcium. Make sure they have lots of places to hide, and shade, Redfoots have black shells so it doesn't take much for them to warm up!
